Team Northern Construction Ltd is a Building Contractor established in 2000 operating throughout Cumbria, Lancashire, North Yorkshire and beyond.  Our self-designed and built offices are located south of Kendal and look out across the Kent Estuary towards the inspiring South Lakeland fells.

The Company boasts a wealth of experience undertaking projects for public and private clients across all sectors, with contract values that generally range from £50k to £4.5m, including Education, Hotels, Healthcare, Commercial, Listed Buildings and Residential, including high specification luxury homes.   In addition to traditional and collaborative procurement methods we offer a full design and build service.

We have worked hard to secure our reputation as an established, reliable, regional contractor and have achieved this through our considerate approach and successful project delivery.  Although each project is unique, our methods remain consistent and we assign to each contract a dedicated professional team.   We work closely with subcontractors and our supply chain partners to achieve mutually beneficial results, on programme and to a quality standard that we demand.

We employ a health and safety manager qualified with the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety and all of Team Northern Construction’s employees hold appropriate CSCS accreditation. 

Change of Ownership

2011 saw an exciting development within the Company with its successful purchase by the Directors, Simon Clark and David Aspden, from the Tyson Family.  Both Simon and David are long term Directors of Team Northern Construction and have played a major role in the progression of the business since its inception.  They are delighted to now have the opportunity to take Team Northern Construction forwards and build on what they feel is already an excellent service.
