Team Northern Construction is an established main contractor renowned for finishing projects safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standards of quality.
The company is based at purpose-built headquarters in Sandside, near Kendal just over the Lancashire border at the lower end of the Lake District in Cumbria and operates throughout the North West.
The scope of Team Northern Constructions activities include design & build, new build and refurbishment for both Public and Private clients. The Company has a wealth of experience across several sectors, including education, healthcare, hotel & leisure, residential, commercial, industrial and listed buildings.
A specialism of the company is working within the Lake District National Park, in particular sustainable construction using local Lakeland materials.
Over 80% of company turnover is achieved through long-term relationships with satisfied clients.
Our commitment is underlined by our registration to BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (Safety) ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental) & ISO 9001:2000 (Quality) standards. The company is working towards BSI PAS 99:2006 accreditation.
