Team Northern Construction is a main contractor established in 2000 operating on a regional basis throughout the North West.

The Company has experience across a broad range of sectors, including Education, Community, Healthcare, Commercial, Listed Buildings and Luxury Residential.

In addition to traditional and collaborative procurement methods we offer a full design and build service.

Many of our clients have worked with us throughout the last decade and we are proud to have forged close and long term relationships with them.

Although each project is unique, our approach remains consistent; we assign each contract a dedicated professional project team. We directly employ a core team of tradesmen, sub-contracting specialist elements to trusted supply chain partners with whom we have formed long term relationships.

Our site managers are all from a trade background and highly experienced in managing construction operations, all site managers have undertaken the CITB 5-day Site Managers Safety Course.

We employ a health and safety manager qualified with the NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety, all of Team Northern Constructions employees hold appropriate CSCS accreditation.

We register all sites with Considerate Constructors; in 2008 our performance was formally recognised with a National Considerate Constructors award.

The company has received Civic Trust and RICS awards for its projects.

We have worked hard to secure our reputation as an established, reliable, regional contractor and have achieved this through our approach and successful project delivery.
