The project comprised the demolition of existing extensions to Robertson House and construction of new two storey extensions.
The new buildings feature stone and block external walls with stone dressings and a timber pitched roof with slate covering to provide new bedroom and ablution facilities together with internal refurbishment of the existing building to provide a new kitchen, dining room, bedrooms, offices and reception area.
£500,000 of high level finish refurbishment work, including a substantial amount of bespoke joinery, was completed within a six week period to coincide with the school’s calendar.
