Works comprised the refurbishment of two grade II listed dilapidated three storey end terrace units into office and retail units with minor external works.
Works included comprehensive internal refurbishment plus the overhaul of existing traditional sliding sash windows, demolition, bespoke shop front installation, refurbishment of brickwork and restoration of stone window surrounds and rendered bands.
The contractor design portion included mechanical services, electrical services, concrete beam & block floor and three storey steel staircase.
