The works comprised a new build single storey extension to the existing Hospice building. This provides a day care centre comprising reception area, clinic, craft room, aromatherapy, dining room, sitting areas, quiet room, offices, disabled WC and assisted bathroom and store rooms. The construction comprised a single storey slate roof extension. The elevations of the building are random stone coursed with some rendered panels.
The Hospice remained fully operational throughout the works.
