Works comprised the construction of two extensions to Hartland House to form a new bedroom wing and separate lounge.

The works included pre-cast retaining walls, strip foundations, block superstructure, partial steel frame and extensive M&E installations.

The project included solar panels for water heating.

The existing facilities remained in use throughout the works.
