Team Northern Construction undertook a contract to alter the existing sanitary annex and provide new extra-care suite and nurses’ station.
Following the success of this project, Team Northern negotiated the remaining five phases of works packages as well as undertaking direct works for the Trust.
One direct works package saw Team Northern installing structural timber supports in existing service culverts.
Following the success of the minor works partnership, Team Northern were invited to partner the Daisy Bank project. This project involved amalgamating and remodelling two existing residential properties, including augmented M&E installations and provision of access facilities including ramped access to front and rear elevations.
