Part new build and part refurbishment, we created multi-functional premises on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation, for the use of the community and local businesses and enterprises.  Facilities include an exhibition area, conference rooms, childcare provision, IT suites and seminar rooms.

 

Works included piled foundations with a suspended pre-cast floor to the main building and a raft foundation to the entrance areas.  The building was clad with facing brickwork, Sarnafil roof membrane and zinc reveals.
