Works comprised the construction of a single storey accommodation unit, extension of existing bungalow and alteration works.  The structure consisted of blockwork cavity walls built off strip foundation up to ground floor level and prefabricated load-bearing timber framed external wall panels with rendered concrete block work.  The plumbing installation comprised shower and toilet facilities with provision for the disabled and heating was via underfloor low pressure hot water and an LPG boiler.  The electrical installation was an enhanced domestic system.

Team Northern Construction recycled felled trees and carried out works in a way to minimise impact on the surrounding area.
